This three-in-one KRE-O TRANSFORMERS OPTIMUS PRIME building set lets you bring the well-liked character to lifestyle like never ever ahead of. You are able to make your KRE-O Transformers character in robot mode then use the very exact same bricks to reassemble him in vehicle mode. Detach his truck cab from the trailer and it becomes a mini command center. Also included are 5 poseable KREON mini figures to accompany 8- to 14-year-olds on whatever adventures they're able to imagine.
Developing is only half the exciting. In robot mode, your KRE-O Transformers figure is able to kick some DECEPTICON tailpipe. In vehicle mode, you are able to load up his trailer with KREONS, smaller autos, and other equipment for hauling for your following battle. After you get there, detach the truck's cab and it becomes a mini command center.
That is a nice set of making blocks that could possibly be a great deal of entertaining to play with, but some design flaws inside the robot and lack of true compatibility with Lego brand pieces make me rate this a 3.
To talk in regards to the cons, the high quality of your pieces is simply not to Lego standards. There's flashing and molding spots visible on the pieces. The metallic pieces are neat, but once more, the metallic pattern is simply not uniform with dark swirls mixed in. Some pieces have light harm to them in the factory (dented corners), but absolutely nothing that hurts usability. Some pieces have white stress marks on them.
Compatibility with Lego pieces is marginal. The flat pieces will stick together okay 1 way. I think it was Lego on major of Kreo Transformers and the flat pieces would pop themselves apart. The Lego mini figures don't stick towards the Kreo Transformers pieces either.
Following building the robot Optimus, I flipped through the directions and noticed the stickers go on a couple different spots around the truck. You cannot move the stickers after you stick them on, so depending on which you construct very first, you'll have stickers in various spots should you create the other.
A couple pieces on robot Optimus want to pop off each of the time. This includes his abdomen protectors and his leg shields. Not to mention for those who bend his legs a little bit the ankle joints wont assistance his excess weight and he will fall over.
Finally the blue is often a lot darker than I'd expect for KRE-O Transformers. Examine my uploaded image with the mini figures in front of your book situation. I would expect a medium blue, but as a substitute it is a deep navy, practically black.
All that currently being stated, that is a neutral evaluation, as he is quite neat when he's assembled, along with the mini figures (KRE-O Transformers) are pretty neat. They've ball joints in their legs and arms so they will twist, and their torso also pivots. The downside is they don't stick down too because the Lego mini figures, but that is definitely fairly minor.
